A varicocele will make the scrotum temp higher than normal, resulting in a "saggy" balls. I had this myself, and up to 10% of men do also, some worse than others.

Personally I find it weird when the nuts seem to totally disappear, especially big muscle guys. I've watched pornos before where I was like "where's his nuts"? :eek:

I do have a small cyst down there. It's not big enough to be worth removing. Maybe that's the thing.

I know a divorced guy who thought he was sterile cause he and the wife never had kids. then he went for a check up, found out about his varicocele and had it fixed. In one year he got three different women pregnant. Lucky him.

Mine started causing a dull ache, even down my left leg. Low hanging balls was my first symptom (along with scrotum always feeling warm), but I always just figured that was normal for me, then one day I done some heavy lifting and that's when the aching started. I lived with it a few years until I couldn't take it anymore, so I had an embolization.
