How many sets of stairs did you walk during the last 24 hours?

Too many to count. There are 3 floors at work, I live in a second story flat, and I walked up and down some steps in my work town too. So maybe 5 different flights of stairs, multiple times? Unless I am forgetting any. Oh yeah, there are stairs on the double decker bus into work too.

Even if there is no rush, do you amble along at a steady pace as you walk or do you still walk quickly?
