Bad News. Gays are dying out
#11
It's a fact that fundamentalists are losing numbers from the top with so many of them croaking and from the bottom with so many of the younger ones leaving their churches as soon as they move out from under their parents' roofs. They are very aware of it and rather than try to make their message more appealing they're doubling down on the stupid crap.

They really have no to blame for their decline except themselves but of course they blame it on gays getting married, liberals, evolution, birth control, satan, global warming, MTV, Lindsey Lohan, iphones, facebook and tarot cards.

Let's not rush to judgment: it's hard to prove that Lindsey isn't partially responsible.

Hey! ...not so fast Patsy

I have been working very hard to recruit my "quota"...I think I am closing in at 1000....

...seven more to goFlirty-wink-smiley
_________________________________________________________________________

...oh yeah...some more gems from Patsy

On adultery

"Males have a tendency to wander a little bit. And what you want to do is make a home so wonderful he doesn't want to wander."

On a man with an Alzheimer's-stricken wife

"I know it sounds cruel, but if he's going to do something, he should divorce her and start all over again, but to make sure she has custodial care and somebody (is) looking after her."

Asked what about the "Till death do us part" part of the marriage vow, he said Alzheimer's is "a kind of death."

On Walt Disney World's "Gay Days"

"I would warn Orlando that you're right in the way of some serious hurricanes, and I don't think I'd be waving those flags in God's face if I were you ... It'll bring about terrorist bombs; it'll bring earthquakes, tornadoes, and possibly a meteor."

On the role of a man and a woman

"I know this is painful for the ladies to hear, but if you get married, you have accepted the headship of a man, your husband. Christ is the head of the household, and the husband is the head of the wife, and that's the way it is, period."

On feminism

"The feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians."

On the devastating 2010 Haiti earthquake

"They were under the heel of the French, you know, Napoleon the third and whatever. And they got together and swore a pact to the devil. They said, 'We will serve you if you will get us free from the prince.' True story.

And so the devil said, 'OK, it's a deal.' And they kicked the French out. The Haitians revolted and got themselves free. But ever since they have been cursed by one thing after another."

On homosexuality

"Many of those people involved in Adolf Hitler were Satanists. Many were homosexuals. The two things seem to go together."

On assassinating Hugo Chavez

"You know, I don't know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks we're trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it."

On the tornadoes that ravaged the Midwest in 2012

"If enough people were praying, (God) would've intervened. You could pray. Jesus stilled the storm. You can still storms

East, those quotes are insane, with the Napoleon and Hitler especially. how the hell do you get a brain as scrambled as that? there's no truth whatsoever in any of that. he's just mumbling complete nonsense. why is this guy given the time of day?

and he picks and modifies his facts. Hitler persecuted homosexuals. not that personality has anything to do with that, but if he wants to argue so, he should keep consistent. Hitler is a bad example for his agenda. following his ''logic'', i could argue that he has Hitler's character and qualities for preaching against homosexuality.

also, i'm not dying out. vampires live forever. doesn't he know that?

After thinking about it and talking with a > a few smart people < about why so many big time christian fundamentalist ministers in general go around saying so many epic idiotic things I came up with a theory. It's an extension of the way their beliefs require them to suspend all reason and critical thinking in order to accept things just on belief. I think they reach a stage in their psychotic delusions where they cannot distinguish between what makes sense and what doesn't. It doesn't help that they are surrounded by by nothing but obedient sychophant "sheeple" who are willing and ready to agree with anything their god-inspired leaders say. (psychophant decribes them better) People like Robertson begin to believe 'If I think it or say it it must come from god and must be true.' It's not just Robertson -- it's ALL of them who do this.

Steve Hickey, a South Dakota state representative AND hard core fundamentalist minister compared the movement for gay equality to living under one of the most tyrannical theocracies in history with no clue that most of his political views would lead to a theocracy.
“Religious rights need to continue to trump gay rights. Otherwise, we’re heading down the road of Iran, where it’s convert or die, be quiet or die,”

Kent Hovind -- Now in prison for 58 counts of tax evasion with his Florida ministry. In 2005 Hovind claimed, "Spanish conquistadors" in 1571 found drawings of dinosaurs on stones, and "on them you will see people doing brain and heart surgery as well as every known dinosaur clearly depicted. Several hundred of them show humans and dinosaurs together."
He also said, "Evolution Theory is the motivating factor for guys like Hitler and Stalin and George Bush, by the way, who is a Satan worshipper, like we don't know that."

A few years ago Pat Robertson told his sheeple viewers gays had secret rings with needles in them so they could infect christians with AIDS.

Scott Lively, the minister who has been helping countries in Africa design laws to discriminate against, imprison and execute gays has written a book of total lies about the gay rights movement getting its start in Hitler's Nazi party.

If I had more time I could give hundreds of quotes.

that also applies on stupidity, it doesn't reproduce but can grow so big that it contaminates people

arguing with people like them are just like talking to a savage tribesman from a very isolated island

I'm loving that Scott Lively is facing charges on crimes against humanity. He is such a tool.
