Happy Boxing Day!!!!

So the turkey feast, the Christmas pudding, the pumpkin pie are all eaten...the wine bottles drained, the presents opened and the company sent off on the next leg of their holiday journey after a breakfast of peameal bacon, eggs and fresh croissants.....

Just the two of us left and both of us just about ready to drop after the clean-up....time for a nice nap this afternoon.

What is everyone else doing the day after Christmas???

We just got back from New York today. Dinner eaten. Ready for bed I think!

well the niece and nephew have just visited for boxing day and I adore them to bits so that's me happy really, we've been eating chicken dippers, salsa etc dips with breadsticks and any other fun food we could make - loved every minute of it

I had to work but was profoundly relieved at how slow it was. I guess people don't get sick or injured or give birth on Christmas (unless you're a virgin) so all the doctors were closed :p

Now I'm gonna enjoy a small alcoholic beverage and veg out.
