I like #2 as well, but it could become too much of a bother, having to keep trimming the beard at that length. As for #3 , you have Ralph Fiennes' eyes and David Schwimmers' lips. Great combo!

You can have a lot of fun with hair styles, especially with your strong face. Just try to find a stylist who works with the natural features of your hair and does not use a bunch of glop on it. Healthy hair and a good cut really should not need much, if any, of anything else.
