I actually know what I should do, but I just can't stop thinking about it.
Maybe I should study Swedish to distract myself.....

Hey...guess what? we've all been through it and there's no real solid advice and even when we give it no one take our advice.... and that's the truth

It's all something it looks like we all have to go through and learn from... so enjoy it and make the best out of it...also keep notes to help you from making the same mistakes twice

From everything I've read from Virge...I think you are right on the money.

As far as studying Swedish.

I guess people are more like seeking comfort instead of real advice. lol
But that really helps a lot.
Sometimes we know he has no feeling on us, but we are not willing to admit it.
Sometimes we know it is wrong, but we are still willing to continue....

Eventually we got heartbreak and we learned it, that is life and that is how we grow up. Smile

You are younger than me , but way too maturer than me, haha.

Oh... that's not me being more mature than you... It's me knowing how to ask for advice and actually take it. hahahahaha.

I just did a thread about it...... I come in here to learn from these older guys and in real life when I need advice on something I go and get it from people I know give solid advice and then I actually take their advice and run with it.... even when it goes against what I think is "right".... I mean I admit I'm dumb and impulsive... lots of times what I think is 'right' turns out to be awful. hahaha

Basically I know nothing except "thank you" and "you are welcome" in Swedish, lol.

I guess you're right Wink I would give tips on how I have successfully distracted myself, if I had haha. I'm still trying to figure it all out myself.
I distracted myself by doing a lot of studying and sports, but don't overdo this as I learned the hard way that being exhausted all the time only causes more mental breakdowns.
Also I started going to a meditation group and today the guy that leads this said something I found very reassuring:
'Whenever you get distracted by any thought or sensation, bring all your focus to it, observe it and then let it go, as every sensation is impermanent and will eventually change.'
He said he believed that suffer is inevitable, whether it is you who suffers or others that suffer because of you, but by remembering that nothing is permanent, it becomes more bearable. I'll stop know because I'm drifting away from the actual problem OP is having ;p

WarmWhispers, Hello and welcome . I need to tell you that being Asian has nothing to do with it ! We all have been where you are and it is hard to stay calm and think straight . I can only offer this to you , take your time and think what will happen . Let me try to explain what I mean . If you decide to get brave and push this guy and tell him how you feel that is all good but you need to think before you do it think will he get scared and stop talking to you or will he say ok but I need to slow down or will he jump and say YES I feel that way to . I am not trying to say don't take a chance just slow a little and think before you jump thats all I hate to see you loose what could be a great thing for you ! good luck

Lol, seems like we all have different issues.Fish2
I guess we always have rational opinions on other's affairs, but we are totally lost in our own situations.
