In some aspects yes. Love frost and snow (not that we get a hell of a lot of it but still), hate the short days and it being less nice to be outdoors. In the Summer, love how the countryside looks, how the garden looks, Summer BBQ's, long days... but HATE really hot weather. So I like bits of both really.

Some years I do struggle. This year, bizarrely, I have felt more festive. I think it's because the year has been so shit (not just because of the pandemic for me, though that and it's effects have been very tough; moreover a toxic family members actions  this year which I won't go into detail about). Because it has been a tough year, I have focused on Christmas more this year and have looked forward to it more. Plus my rota over Christmas is actually quite nice this year, which obviously has made me feel more festive haha.
