When I was 16 I was set upon by a group of 4 guys who beat me up pretty badly before I managed to get away. Thankfully not since then.

Not really. I'm hungry in the sense that I should be eating something right now for nutritional reasons, but not hungry in the sense that I don't feel hungry because my appetite is suppressed.
