I have a love hate relationship with detoxing. I love how fabulous it makes me look/feel. I hate that in order to do it have to give up: alcohol, fags, dairy, wheat/anything containing gluten, the copious amount of OJ i drink, crisps, and most horrifyingly of all, MEAT. Nick without meat = NOT a pretty sight...
