I read somewhere that Russia has more lead paint still in homes and businesses than any other industrialized nation in the world. That would actually explain a lot...

I've heard that Russia has so many dash cams is because the police are so crooked there the civilians have dash cam's to cover their own asses to prove their innocence when getting ticketed/fined.
