I used to masturbate more often, but ever since making my first real "best friend", my time is much more occupied. I would say at minimum, once a week. When I am feeling depressed, I can go a month or two without masturbating, because sex is the last thing on my mind and I am usually asleep.

When I am feeling normal, I'd say once a day or every other day. It honestly depends on my mood/what's going on in my life.
