New Meghan Trainor video = sexist?

Meghan Trainor has managed to take a 50s/60s doo-wop sound and gotten a #1 CD out of it (Title) and scored the #1 hit "All About That Bass" and a Top 10 follow-up "Lips Are Movin'".

Trainor has released her latest video, "Dear Future Husband" and some are calling the video 'sexist'. While in the song she sings about the attributes she wants in a man, the video shows her in the role of a 50s woman, trying to bake, and on her hands and knees scrubbing the kitchen floor.

Some have suggested it's meant to be comedic, while others simply find it sexist.

I like her and her videos. I think they are intended to satirize gender roles, and she has been pretty vocal about her positive body-image / anti-mysogny message. I like her!

I wouldn't say it's sexist, but another example of what trash the mainstream music industry is putting out there for mindless zombies, I mean the millennial generation, to consume.

Aside from that, I don't know what it is, but she has one of those faces that automatically makes me dislike her... Wonder if I'm alone with that notion... can't stand her. All of her songs sound the same. Pure garbage.
