I think this is a very good idea.
I also agree about printing this out and discussing it with him. And possibly you might want to consider getting something like a nanny cam. Whether he's in denial, or he truly doesn't -remember- what happened, this will help you in showing him (and doctors if necessary) just how extreme it really is.
My normal advice in this situation would be it's time to leave, incidentally. And I'm not entirely sure it's not still sound advice, but at the same time... because this is a medication induced effect, I feel like there could be hope if you can get him on a different med that doesn't have these possible side effects.
