That was a really good read, thanks for the link. I think whats happening in China right now, the rapid urbanization, is really fascinating and very important on a global scale. This guy seems to have pretty good ideas about how he lives and runs his company. It is crazy to think about the speed of construction, but if it creates a safe building, I think it can be an incredible solution to China's growing urban needs.

Awesome read. My one concern with what he's proposing is the sociological aspect and ramifications.
IE: A full city in a building, never leaving, never going outdoors. You (and that encapsulated society) are very closed in and cut off. If this is the future, does this mean each building will have it's own laws? Its own social construct, mores, etc?
