Ricky! Don't worry man, its completely normal. I use to have the same worries as you really, but after awhile you just realize you like what you like and that's completely normal! And sometimes society will think it's weird but screw them because the heart wants what it wants.

Though sometimes these preferences change, as I personally started finding some guys ( very rare) that are closer to my age attractive. Just keep an open mind and have fun! Oh, and here's a little treat for you. Don't worry, you're among older men and bear admirers!

I also find myself having the same preference, but for me it's more like a preference of lust rather than long term relationship.

I find older guys (much older like you said ~40) have a special kind of charm - seems like more caring, mature, sophisticated and wise.

However, I have think about it myself and I decided it could only be a lust / lover thing but not long term relationship. Because I want to experience and explore all the moments in my life together with my partner- so he has to be at least a more similar age. If he is too old ( or young, vise versa), then he (possibly ) had already been through what I am going through, and we won't be having that kind of "experience together" bonding as with a similar age partner.
