The number of dead firemen has now risen to 21. The worry now is the contamination caused by the chemicals that were stored in the area and that have dispersed over a very wide area by the two explosions.
The first explosion was the equivalent of 3 tons of TNT and the second, the equivalent of 21 tons!

Not that I know of as yet. The last news I heard this morning was that the authorities are now moving people out of the area because of chemical contamination. They did mention a particular chemical; "something cyanide" that sounds particularly nasty.
There arte still some fire fighters missing but one extraordinary story is that they found someone alive just 50m metres from the epicentre of the explosion although they didn't mention what state the person was in.
