Picking my nose. I used to love eating paper / tissues when I was younger. I think I gave that up when I was 13. I also used to love peeling the skin on my finger tips off with a nail clipper and eating. I think that was when I was 12.

Meridannight does have a point, though. I do love to eat and I eat too much, but I am not sure that it is really a guilt thing. "Guilty Pleasures" is, to me, just a phrase.

I can definitely say that one of mine is indeed British. I am very fond of dark British fruitcake like my Grandma made with loads of raisins and currants and dried fruits and molasses and thoroughly dosed with brandy or bourbon while being made and then preserved with numerous soakings with the same liquor. You can keep it for years and years and years. It is closely followed by plum pudding. Grandma's version of that would pickle a teetotaler in about one spoonful, even less if the whisky sauce went on top.
