I don't.

I turn everything off at 10 during the work week, and sleep peacefully.

I never take my smartphone in to the bedroom and it's most certainly not the first thing I check in the morning. Nothing is that important that it can't wait.

I used to read books at night on my iphone but I prefer the good old paper version. I fall asleep quicker. Plus if I nod off whilst reading, the book tends to gently bump into my face, unlike my phone which could take out a tooth.
