I'm not an agnostic, I am a 100% aethiest. For the more than 700 that died, a fat lot of good it did them believing in Allah. Maybe I should have said: "This is the will of Allah?"
Again it depends on the sect and Madhab in question. Saudi Arabia in my opinion is the stay chest enemy of Daesh in terms of Fatwa. But indeed you are right, Muslims do condemn much of what Daesh does, but the grounds by which the .Ulema (scholars) do so is dubious at best and in many cases the way in which they differ does not appeal to the western mindset. Such as many scholars say Daesh is wrong because it holds Tawhid al Haakimiyyah (rule is for Allah alone) as separate from Tawhid ar-Ruboobiyyah (unity of lordship), not always due to their atrocious acts against homosexuals or the like.
