Was Aaron Alexis (the navy yard shooter) Gay?

@pa...digm, my impression was that you were saying that such things do exist and that you were giving me two examples. Googling them tells me that they do not do what we were talking about. If the navy yard shooter was influenced, ti was not by one of these things.

It is indeed a tragedy that people were killed, though I see that as a separate issue and unrelated to the devices being discussed.

I do not know if it was by Zephyr, but I spent several days hooked up to a remote heart monitor this last spring. Amazing but presently a bit awkward in use.

And believe me, if you knew my roomie, you would know why I am curious.

Hey, it's annoying I know. But if you go to the gaming forum there's a thread named "longest posting streak" which is basically a spamming thread to get people's post count up, once you are at 50 your muzzle will be taken off.

The posts you are making will appear eventually, but if you have 50 posts then there won't be a delay at all. Get spamming

This issue in my mind could be of critical importance to the gay community...particularly for younger men...I am extremely busy and unfortunately dont have a lot of time to experiment with message boards...just trying to shed some light on this subject.

I have not researched it beyond an article that was posted on Freedom Outpost which discussed a web page that Alexis created called "Mohammed Salem". There were four possible references that were identified that Alexis could of been using for the page...they were a soccer player, newscaster, photographer, or a well known pop star. The pop star Mohammed Salem made a song entitled "lies" which was a about teen suicide among gay teens. From what I can tell it is certainly possible that Alexis was a closeted gay male. There do not appear to be any references to him having girlfriends in the US. The only thing reported in the news is that he traveled to the Philippines and was "interested in Asian women". I've seen lots of references to gay men who want to be straight and turn to Asian women in this regard...no mystery there - mail order brides tend to overlook these things (until they get a green card).

The article just addresses the speculation that he could be gay and yes the author does express his personal opinion that Alexis was not...but that is just his opinion...the point of the article from what I saw was to put focus on the question...that was it. The entire question of Alexis's sexuality is speculative because he himself never declared his sexuality publicly and also there is very little information on his private life...its a question open to speculation and that was the purpose of the article...the fact that it is the only article out there that even addresses the question points to the fact that the author does not have concrete proof that Alexis was not gay but just wanted to put focus on the question as I am doing here.

Do you have any comments on the technological side of this event...do you think it was technologically and scientifically possible that Alexis was being harassed in the way that he claimed?

For those of you who remember the DC Navy Yard shooting tragedy I have a question to both test your gaydar and also whether or not you think he was really being followed and harassed with psychotronic weapons as he claimed or if he was just mentally ill.

I posted a video on Youtube titled "Navy Yard Shooting New Information" which discusses the science behind his claim and would appreciate comments.

In case any of you are not aware of this there are real world devices being sold on internet that can be used to cause psychological abnormalities simply by broadcasting a signal in the near vicinity of a targeted person.

Your 50s comment is actually the more cute though...hehe. The fact is this science dates back to some of Tesla's work which was earlier...but you neglected to post the backlit LCD display...they were using things like Nixie tubes back in those days for such devices (and yes nixie tubes were very cool)
