On the Internet of course. Just Google what you're looking for and you'll find plenty.

MickTheMousie Wrote:As you mentioned, then i would see them in every leg work our routine, the thing is, i like being small and skinny, i dont want a lot of muscles, so to say it as it is: i want a bigger butt without gaining leg muscles.... and is that even possible (without plastics?)?
Cuz i know i am too lazy to train everything, and i think it would look weird if i only trained my ass and legs but not my upper body and arms?

Yeah you don't have to pump iron to get fit. Running, swimming, cardio stuff a lot of that builds lean muscle. It's good for you to do some of that even if you are skinny...

Be mindful, don't just charge in with any exercise, if there is something you can't do, don't do it

Reverse Lunges, Squats, Stiff Legged Deadlifts, Walking Lunges, Split Squats (one leg at rest back on the bench, while the other leg does all the work.)

You really don't need to worry about getting too muscly given your body type. You can work out hard and eat lots and still take a while to make a lot of gains. If you want to just do lower body, you should be fine with that for quite a while before anything looks imbalanced, if ever. The fear of getting too muscly is a newbie's fear that has no basis in reality.
