Alto, Perry is a city in Dallas County, Iowa, United States, along the North Raccoon River.

The problem is not the name but the sentence sturcture.
It should be "Who lives in Perry, Iowa?" Then we ALL know it's a town or city in Iowa eh? At least for those of us who don't know every place there is to know in the US. Now, that aside.
