You might be putting yourself under too much pressure to finish. When you start believing there's an issue, it'll become an issue and the more you stress over it the more the problem develops.
You may need to try different positions and techniques, but I'd guess at this stage it's more about the root problem that you're concentrating too much on trying to climax, that you don't. Stress and orgasms generally don't go together.
