Does anyone know what this tapestry is called and where the original is located.

Looks French, possibly English 18th-century? Believe me that is a guess.

Have you tried google image search?

it has a european subject but the style reminds me of sino-japonic x

Judging by what little we are able to make out from a rather bad image, the figures appear to be based on painting by the French painter Watteau so, French 18th century would be my guess but it would need a much better quality image to progress beyond that.

Unfortunately, because of the lack of original colours, even putting part of the image in to Google Image Search, just brings up almost monochrome images of prehistoric paintings.
