Trump or Hillary as President, who else is petrified?

Disclaimer: and don't get me wrong, I detest Trump, but there's only so much he can do. No?

Other than the fact that his foul person becomes inescapable for the rest of the world, for several years now, he hopefully can't do much.

what's truely terrifying is how his propaganda tactic apparently worked. Hitler was a monster, but a great tactician. Trump copypasted him, like his trophybimbo copypasted Michelle Obama.

Nah, really the big thing is the red Senate, the red House, and the red Supreme Court that will come of it. Trump's got four years tops. The Supreme Court justices are there for life, so especially now that Scalia's croaked and Obama failed to put a bluey in his place, that's the main thing people should be looking at more than anything Trump could do himself.

The president is limited yes, even an executive order can be overridden. Its possible he having few friends on either party side is going to keep him a bit more controlled.

Hello

congratulations to al the trump voters ! I have nothing else to say, only i'm glad i'm not american and live in america right now, or i would buy a plane ticket and go to canada lol (sorry, dont wanna be rude to the americans, but i just dont like trump)

I really really really really wonder if that wall is coming. guess I know where ur tax money is going to lol. although i hope they dont build it, or maybe mexico will build a wall, just to annoy trump, we shall see... maybe there is not a wall coming, then trump is not a man of his word (was he ever?)

but... maybe trump will make america great again, I dont know. A girlfriend of mine, who lives in kentucky, also voted for trump. I just don't see what americans like about trump. i'm not saying clinton is the best.

and again, no offense to any american here, i really love u, i'm just a bit disappointed so many voted for trump.

He has a conservative Republican-majority congress.

He will be filling the vacancy on the Supreme Court.

I guess he can't hurt us too much as long as we're not Muslim, Hispanic, black, women, immigrants, gay or trans.

Well there's no telling what Trump will do, it is a shame though.

I don't understand why people are angry at each other here and are leaving. I think it is very safe to say we here voted democratic, with the exception of maybe two people. I'm not particularly happy about the election, I did my part.

Well here in NC it does appear that Roy Cooper won over Pat McCrory, thank god, at least there's a glimmer of hope in NC.

Next topic is how do you speak with a British accent? Ok, while that was sort of a joke I do think I will go through the process of getting my passport. If not leave the country can at least visit civilization again lol

With US elections, it is almost a cycle.... 8 years of either party it usually swaps... no matter what is going on. 8 years of Bill Clinton got us 8 years of Bush which got us 8 years of Obama...now Trump.

At any rate I think there are many reasons why Clinton didn't win, more than the emails if you ask me.

Honestly I have mixed feelings about a Trump presidency. There's no way of knowing what the policies are going to be. He's not left, right, good or bad he's completely nebulous.

For example his VP Pence is a moderate republican and Trump is probably going to be the delegate alot of power to him. He accepts man-made climate change and claims Jimmy Carter is one of his heroes.
But he is a BIG problem for LGBT people. He has been a fierce opponent of gay rights in the past and there's every indication that he will be again.

Can he rewind the clock and put the rainbow genie back in it's bottle?

What will the gay-friendly people of the U.S.A do if he tries?

This is all very fascinating.

Given that Congress has a majority of conservative Republicans and that Trump will be filling the vacancy on the Supreme Court, the short answer is Yes, he potentially has the power to rewind. I have no idea how any of this is going to go, but I'm not optimistic.

Seems that Hillary is more than 20,000 votes ahead in the popular vote. The electoral college has got to go.
I bid NO Trump!
