Unless there's--oh, I don't know--some leaked medical records or we're talking about a naturalist or you're Anthony Weiner or something, then yeah, the penis ridicule is going to be fairly nonexistent for obvious reasons. But that's not to say male authority figures always forge ahead physical appearance unchecked: Just look at Obama and his ears (not to mention his skin color), Chris Christie's weight, Kim Jong-un's...height, Trump's comb-over, Prince William's hairline, etc.
