How curious, usually being drunk frees you from such inhibitions

It did but then my issue was with security, i was in Prague, spoke very little of their language beyond hello, and i was far from my hotel lol so...... but he had one awesome arse anyway and was very handsome. I do remember his name lol

The answer to that one is probably to keep your wits about you and NOT get drunk. That way you have at least a little confidence that you won't behave like an idiot. There's that fine line between being sufficiently uninhibited and still knowing you can make sense. So that means limiting the amount of drink you imbibe, naturally. Think about it. How much gets your drunk, and how much makes you interestingly (and still sexily) tipsy? Then have enough wits about you to stop after the last drink that gets you in the uninhibited but still compos mentes state. If you can't handle it, then don't drink at all, but that might not make much sense to you. As you have said, one part of you still had a bit of a brain, and that was the part of your brain (reptilian, no doubt) that was to do with your own safety.

Plus i didnt go there to have sex lol i went for a holiday and also to drink that first night.
