Life expectancy may be going up but not having done much exercise here in the past couple weeks I feel quite lazy and fat lol and you know what happens to fat and lazy people they tend not to live as long... Yes yes death freaks me out (hence the thread).

But no I don't feel much older all of a sudden but I am realizing ever more so that the clock is ticking and I need to get things in gear, don't want to be working at 80...if I live that long. I consider 30 to be the beginning of middle aged for the most part... I guess the question is am I really middle aged or not? After all there's a lot of health complications on both sides of my family but then again seems that sooner or later something goes wrong. Although I'm sure there is that one guy who lives a healthy life until the very end, but I don't think that is all that common. I digress again lol I can't simply keep it simple I guess I have to be analytical lol seems to be a trait with people in IT.

I want the cane that has bluetooth...and a tazer built in so I can taze these whipper snappers when they get out of line lol

But in all seriousness, I hope it is quite a while before I have to worry about having a cane.

I tell you what this has been an awesome vacation and birthday. I am lucky to have an awesome sister who lives near the beach, she really is great. Went to this place called Wonderworks, it is I am assuming similar to Rippley's...Had a lot of neat stuff, exhibits and whatnot. Then got everyone to go on a helicopter ride around the beach... And I have an ice cream cake waiting too. So I am very fortunate to have a wonderful sister, could have been a very different week otherwise.

Don't forget, old man, that you can do a lot to prevent of those family ailments, particularly heart disease and diabetes. As for looking to retirement, a little advice, for you and all who need a good outfit: TIAA-CREF. Good outfit.
