If it's not serious, I won't give much of a fuck.
It it's affecting my everyday life, get a restraining order If it gets really serious, as in breaking-in-my-house serious, I will find out who they are and what they value most so I can take it from them. I will find out who their friends, family and employers are and I will manipulate everyone so they turn against them. Keep in mind in which direction the sun set so I can know where N/S/W/E are, rememeber the overall direction I took to get there in the first place and then reverse it. As for getting out of the forest itself, once I have the general direction to take chosen, I keep my sight fixed on one tree first, walk to it and from there set my sight on another tree in the direction I want and then walk to it, rinse and repeat, so I make sure I more or less go on a straight line in the direction I want. Once I'm back out, look for artifical lights, now easily seen 'cause it's nightime and walk there. Hopefully I took the right direction, if not at least I'm going to an inhabited place where I can find a phone and call someone to pick me up or something.
