I live in Portland, ME and love it. Very gay friendly lots hotties, a majority of the "Straight" guys will even give you a chance.

I like my current house. Have a 3 bed room 2 bath ranch w/ a 3 car garage (no basement) on a 10 acre "postage stamp." Next time around I'd like less house and more land plus be a little closer to a major highway and an hour outside of a bigger city. Right now, I'm about a 1.5 hours from Springfield.

When we were house shopping our realtor was pushing a 5 bedroom all brick ranch with full basement on 80 acres w/ barn and outbuildings for $260K. He had a buyer for 40 of the 80 acres. Thing was, if I bought that place, I wanted all the land.

It was more than I wanted to pay at the time. I thought I'd be able to pay off a lesser priced house quickly. Still owe on my house and kind of wished I went for the more expensive house as I could've leased the basement to some friends.

Older picture of my current place. We have more bushes and plants in the front of the house now to include a blueberry bush and a bunch of ferns / Hosta's. Grass looks a little better now as well.
