Why would you want to try and hook up (or whatever) with someone in a place where you're not sure who is what? I mean, you can try it, but I don't see the need to risk getting punched in the face or worse.
I suppose you can struck up a conversation with some guy you like and casually ask things like "did you come alone? So where's the GF?" maybe, I don't know.
I don't really know, man, I suck at that, to be honest.
I did meet a gay dude on a party 2 weeks ago (totally gorgeous
) and I could tell he was gay right on the spot, but most of time I can't. The work mate that invited me and was hosting the whole thing was also gay (or bi) but I know that cause he brought his BF to an event a year ago, otherwise I would have never guessed.
Same goes for me too. I can't tell you how many times I've been told to go talk to this girl and that girl or and "this girl likes you, go kiss her"....so it's clear to say people can't pick up I'm gay on the spot.
