What did you have for dinner
#61
This is a very important theme: PIZZA! Catmilk
I went to this restaurant where they have a lot of kind of pizzas. A lot! And to be fair I'm not into pizzas with random toppings (like ananas.....................XD ) but this time they were intelligent or interesting mixes.
They also won some kind of award or michelin star or something for their pizzas.

1st: They do various bases for the pizza, with 5(?) different kind of flour, like the normal/white one, whole, kamut or something and others.
2nd: On their menu they have sections for different types of pizzas, for example they have a page with the list of the traditional pizzas, another with vegetable pizzas, specials etc.
They also do some 'souffle pizza' which I've never seen before and pizzas with truffle cream etc.
Almost 100 different pizzas I think and not random at all like in other places.

I had a tasty pizza with tomato sauce, fiordilatte (a quality of mozzarella cheese), fried aubergine sauce and culatello (a kind of dry-cured ham).
Yum... close to this one but not whit the black flour.

I had a couple small fillets of salmon that I marinated in lemon juice and thyme and a bit of pepper...Combined it with some shallots and had some coleslaw...

What I really enjoyed was the tuna steaks I made over the weekend, that has become something I really enjoy and is pretty healthy, just wish there was a place where I could buy fresh seafood...Live too far inland lol

Aside from a few indulgences I haven't been too bad with diet, just need to be more active...playing with the drone far too much lately.
