Things you dislike about your self?

Sometimes but only in the mornings i will vomit. But then i feel better. Vomiting is very not fun. Today i did it twice. Once right after i woke up and then after i eaten. It is my nerves. It does not happen every day. I have seen doctors since 1993. But i am ok. lol

So I used google translate to translate the norwegian word for this, and got retch.
I have this thing where I'll retch sometimes. You know that thing you do right before vomiting, I do that, but never vomit.
My doctor said I do it because I'm not happy with my life situation. Which might be true in most cases when I do it. But sometimes I do it because I've seen something gross
Sometimes I do it when I'm nervous, and it sometimes feels good, like my stomach feels slightly better.
