Will you watch the new X Files?

Ibex - I understand your post but I disagree with it a bit - money to movie people will obviously be a factor but from all what ive read online I gather that getting the schedule to do the new episodes were a factor for so many people involved , plus do did the public really want it again...thus the small amount of episodes to kick it off - as for Gillian , it personal to the individual ... I was really happy to see her as scully again but yes she looks different - but it didn't detract from her role as she played it like she'd never had a break - personally id love a bit part for all the other cast members like agent Doggiet and Monica Reyes - bring on the longer new series

The public did want more X-files.
But most of us became disappointed that it ended where it did, we all wanted more of that alien plot.
Wish they had stuck with the alien plot instead of those 4 random plot episodes in the middle there.
If they do make more, I really hope they'll continue from that cliffhanger in the last ep.
