As much as we all dislike Donald Trump, I'm sure he knows how to read, whether he cares to read is a different story.

I heard about this last week. I suppose it's possible has someone doing his twitter rants for him, but I think it has more to do with limited attention span and overpowering narcissism. If whatever he's reading doesn't echo his world view or talk about how great he is, he gets bored.
