I made some bread rolls with a little pesto blended into the dough. Then made a soup with chopped up brocolli, red pepper, carrots, garlic, peas and mange tout, with some white fish, fish sauce, coconut milk and green Thai curry paste. I added a little turmeric and some extra fresh chillies, then just a few noodles towards the end. It was so good. I just needed something with loads of veg and spice to kill off the rest of this manflu once and for all.

Wow sounds good! Are you a chef, or just enjoy cooking?

Could tell by the way you describe preparing food! :-)

They say that the route to a man's heart is through his stomach! If you were cooking for a date, what would you put on the menu?

Well everyone rates my pies although I'm not sure that's date food... Maybe I'd save the pastry for a pecan pie or chocolate tart at the end. I could do an Italian inspired main course of lots of little taster dishes because choosing my favourite Italian dish is just too hard!
