I recommend avoiding fragrances and the people who wear them. I find the scents literally nauseating even a few meters away. The natural scent of a freshly washed man is very appealing and nothing more is needed.

My personal favourites are Gaultier's "Le Male" and D&G's... pour hommé? It doesn't really have a name... I think. Both are very unique and quite powerful. Especially Gaultier's. Overusing that would be easy and potentially fatal.
I have a huge selection of scents.
