I've noticed in general, not just here, but many people I know don't mind if they have sex with someone who is a virgin. I'm almost 26, and likewise a virgin, but it's important for you to mention it so you both can be comfortable and enjoy it more.

There's not much I can really add to what's been said above, other than to say that yes you should tell him, especially if you like him and want a relationship with him, if he's a good guy he will understand and be patient with you. You have nothing to be ashamed of, I was a virgin until fairly recently and I learned that it's much more important who you lose it to than when you lose it, I'm glad I lost it when I did and to who I did.
