Overcrowded trains don't appeal to me, but I'd be up for riding one of the ones that go in the mountains or on the super high trestles. The funicular also looks cool, or even the train that goes through the market place would be fun to go on once, especially if you had a view out the back where you could see everything being brought back down again.
