The closest is probably when I check a guy out and they seem to do the same and our eyes meet for a second...that's what I consider a successful flirt, especially if they look back a second time; but I understand that's probably considered a pretty low bar.
Don't have the confidence to ever go out of my way to take things further than that. :redface:

I tend to feel giddy/more confident after one of those moments, but the feeling doesn't linger as long as yours did, but it happens around a few times a week usually.
