In my country, there's enough of everything, fortunately. But when the lockdown first started, there was a shortage of buckwheat. For some reason, people were buying it like crazy.

I also need sanitizer available which I can't find so I have to figure out what to use instead and will take Londoner's advice above if my journey today doesn't pan out. Update - this post must be good luck because a few minutes ago I got a call from a small commercial supply company that told me they have quart bottles of hand sanitizer available. That was quick - now on to the plastics company so they can cut an order to my specs today if they have time.

@LJay I can usually find alternatives and 70% Isopropyl alcohol is most effective at killing the virus, although that has been in short supply. @LONDONER the only problem I have noticed with ordering online is the longer delays in shipping, particularly with Amazon now taking over a week to ship most items. I suppose it is fine if you're not out and just ordering in advance but definitely not getting that 2-day shipping anymore.
