Thank you all for sharing your advice, I was very afraid that I was hurt internally but now I think I'll be okay.
I'm glad you're feeling better now. For the next day or two you may want to drink more water than I suggested (the 4 bottles). You may want to drink 6 of them a day, spaced throughout the day. Say, you wake at 6:00am. Drink a bottle at 6:00, and then one more every few hours or so, so you would drink a bottle of water at 6:00, 9:00, 12:00 (noon), 3:00, 6:00, 9:00 and the last bottle before bed. Do that for today, Monday and Tuesday. By then you should see a difference in the going to the bathroom, and the sensations and the urgent need to go. By Wednesday you should be able to reduce the water intake by 1 or 2 bottles if you are average-sized, but still make sure you are drinking regularly, as this will stop a re-occurrence.
If, by Wednesday, you don't see or feel a difference, or things still don't feel right, then you need to see a doctor. They most likely will ask you to provide a sample when you arrive at the doctor's office, so make sure you are able to go to the bathroom when you get there.
