Everything is so hunky dory in the USA. Thank goodness for the health insurance that we love and fight for.

... and, strangely, I cannot say I know anyone who wants to see the US system brought to the UK. I cannot express strongly enough the revulsion we feel that that nice Mr Trump apparently wants to include access to our health service for the US wealth service on the table in trade negotiations. The trouble is I don't trust our government one jot when they have told us the NHS is safe with them. They'll hand it to US pharma with Green Shield Stamps if their bank accounts in the Cayman Islands look like they'll benefit.
