OK - a bit more . Lost 28 lbs so far and have to force myself to even eat a bite of anything which I also found out is a covid symptom I think ----------------damn. my legs were really muscular and it is scary - my body has been living off muscle tissue these last 3 weeks. ...MAKE IT STOP!!!

Hi East,
Yikes 28 lbs (or 2 stones here in the UK) in 3 weeks is a lot of weight loss!  Even though you don't have an appetite... try and keep up your protein intake with protein shakes etc. Glad you're starting to feel better!  Andy x
