I love those cats, but I will probably never have one. My family has a habit of adopting from shelters to save found and abandoned animals, so unless a Russian Blue turns up that way, I won't have one.

Does it have to be an original? What if it's a half-breed of a Russian blue and another breed?

No, it doesn't have to be an original, but it's a moot point anyway, the building I currently live in has a no pet policy. It's fine, because it's a nice, but small apartment, and I wouldn't feel right going to work and leaving a cat alone in a place like this.

I'm beginning to contemplate a move in the future, and I would like a place that I can set up an area with a cat tree and toys, so my pet would have their own space to play in while I'm out.
