My Baked Goods

Is it okay if I make a thread just to showcase baked goods? Because I love to bake.  

Last week, I baked Chocolate Cheesecake with cookie crumbs as topping.

Toasted blondies. My family are not so crazy with blondies so I toasted my blondies under high temp to toast them. Toasted blondies taste like soft chocolate chip cookies. Toasted blondies are a hit in my family.

So far so good. No one is complaining my baked goods yet. Amen.

I really love baking.

I started baking a few years back in 2018 by accident. Long story short, many said that I have hands of a baker. My mother thought so too and  encouraged me to study part time in baking/pastry school so that one day I can open a bakery. 

I registered for few baking classes in 2020 but my classes were cancelled due to Covid. Nonetheless, I continue to bake like a maniac. I normally bake for my family, relatives, neighbours, friends, colleagues as well as security guards and salespeople in a shopping mall nearby my house for fun. Eventually I got people ordering my baked goods. 

Last week, I launched Operation Cupcakes for fun. I baked around 68 chocolate cupcakes and distributed them to my neighbours, friends and salespeople in the same shopping mall.

I still need to learn a lot in baking but I think I'm doing well. I use my family, neighbours and others as my lab rats to taste my baked goods.
