I had the same problem when I first started Patric.....

I too find it a bit of a maze to navigate around the forum. far too many catagories. I use another forum which uses the exact same format as this and they only have 2 catagories, General and Help, it makes finding threads alot quicker but I guess there are alot more specialist catagories on Gayspeak.

I must be from the computer generation, as the forum is easy as to navigate. Only thing hard is keeping up with the posts, however if you dont want to read the post just click the set forum as read thing.

I understand what you are saying now. Yes the navigation around the different forums is not easy. I'd forgotten that because I rarely use that method. I generally only click on the "new posts" link. Finding the right forum in which to post a new thread is a very unwieldy process - although it helps if I remember the dropdown (or up) list of forums at the bottom of the page. If I post a new thread on the news page I usually find one of my previous posts from the same forum (the latest ones are listed towards the bottom of the home page) and make my way back from there via the navigation links just under the GS logo. Remember clicking the GS logo itself will take you back to the home page.
