How am I or you, or anyone else on this forum, being oppressed by these exorcisms? They simply do not effect me. If they are performed on adults then the subject is free to subject themselves to exorcism or not. If they are performed on children (in the eyes of the law) then there is the question of whether it amounts to child abuse. I don't support what they do but I can't claim that they are oppressing me.
