Some time ago, I discovered a program that emulates Gameboy Advance games on your PC. I also discovered some Pokémon games that were ripped for use with this program. Needless to say, I was immediately hooked. I played for days on end and collected almost all the Pokémon in the game. Then I lost my saved game and just sort of forgot about Pokémon.
Well, a few weeks ago, I got a new PC and was looking for a program I had backed up somewhare. I've been looking ever since and never found it, but yesterday, I rediscovered Pokémon on one of the discs I was searching through.
Now I'm addicted again... Poor me. Not that it's not fun, though. It's just a bit vexing in the sense that I can't tear myself away!

Get a DS and play diamond and pearl through instead. Keeps the games current and relevant. That said, i DO sometimes get my copy of gold out to try and finish it. I've got 231, so only twenty to go...

I had 305 on Emerald when I lost my save... There's 368 in total if you don't count Diamond and Pearl's Pokémon.

I honestly have no idea... Once I started playing, I was hooked.
Have you tried it? If not, you should.
