bad problem

Joseph try to find something different you like to snack on. Grapes are quite sweet, I keep some by my computer so I can snack on them instead of wanting chocolate. I like carrot sticks instead of crisps. Like the guys say a little bit of what you like is good, just try not to go mad!!

If I want pizza now I have half a pizza and half a plate of really nice salad instead of a full pizza.

And exercise is good. Often when I exercise I don't want to eat as much afterwards.

I find having a glass of water or juice when I'm feeling hungry works wonders. Most of the time what we feel as hunger is actually our body wanting hydration so a glass of something usually does the trick.

If not try snacking on healthy stuff like fruit or veg instead.

too bad it had to happen when you were feeling poorly but now you know that you can do without those sweets and other snack foods. That is very important joseph.

Maybe you also lost some weight since joining dance class.

When will you start the new job at the cafe? That will also help you to keep busy and lose weight.

Brilliant, Joseph. Another tip. I find a strong cup of real coffee (not Nescafe) with skimmed milk and no sugar (sweetener is OK) keeps me feeling full for a good hour.
